About Rise Centered
Rise Centered is a design-forward wellness brand creating natural sunrise alarm clocks designed to help people build calmer, more intentional mornings. We’re a small but growing company looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented person to help manage and execute our social media, creator outreach, and content operations.
This is not a traditional “creative visionary” social media role. We are specifically looking for someone who is structured, proactive, organized, reliable, and deeply online in the best way — someone who understands social media culture and aesthetics, but thrives on execution, consistency, and organization.
This is ideally a part-time role based in or near Jackson, WY, though we’re open to the right fit.
What you’ll do
Social media management
- Plan and schedule Instagram + TikTok content
- Maintain a consistent content calendar
- Organize content, drafts, assets, and posting schedules
- Draft captions in the Rise Centered voice
- Help coordinate founder content and filming days
- Edit and format content using Canva and CapCut
- Post 3–5 pieces of content per week across platforms
- Repurpose content across Instagram and TikTok
- Track content performance and identify patterns in what performs well
Creator outreach & gifting
- Research and identify aligned creators and up-and-coming accounts
- Manage gifted collaborations from start to finish
- Handle outreach emails and DMs
- Track follow-ups, shipments, and content delivery
- Maintain organized creator tracking spreadsheets/databases
- Engage thoughtfully with creators and brands in our space
Paid social creative support
- Organize incoming UGC and creator assets
- Edit and adapt creator content into ad variations for Meta
- Create simple ad creative variations in Canva and CapCut
- Assist in testing hooks, captions, formats, and thumbnails
- Help identify strong hooks and social-first creative opportunities
- Collaborate with the founder and advertising partner on creative needs
Community management
- Respond to routine DMs and comments
- Filter and organize incoming messages
- Flag important messages for the founder
- Help maintain a warm, thoughtful, on-brand presence online
You might be a fit if you:
- Are extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Naturally keep things moving without needing constant direction
- Have strong taste and understand modern social media aesthetics
- Understand the difference between trend-chasing and brand-building
- Are confident writing short-form captions and responses
- Are highly proficient in Canva, CapCut, Instagram, and TikTok
- Have a basic understanding of social hooks and paid social creative
- Enjoy systems, checklists, planning, and keeping projects organized
- Are interested in wellness, design, analog living, interiors, or intentional technology
- Can balance structure with a relaxed, calm brand voice
Important note
We care more about organization, follow-through, communication, and taste than flashy creative credentials. The ideal person for this role helps create consistency, momentum, and structure behind the scenes.
Role details
- Part-time: approximately 10–20 hours/week
- Flexible schedule
- Hourly compensation $25 - $35 based on experience
