As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly organized, proactive team member to manage our day-to-day operations, customer experience, and logistics. This is a hands-on, dynamic role with plenty of room to grow—ideal for someone early in their career who thrives in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment.
What You’ll Do
Customer Experience & Order Management

Manage the hello@risecentered.com inbox and provide timely, professional, and kind responses to customers.

Handle returns & exchanges to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Maintain Shopify to process orders, update inventory, and troubleshoot order issues.

Track and analyze customer inquiries to improve FAQs and processes.
Logistics & Operations Support

Work with our fulfillment center to ensure orders ship on time and resolve any issues.

Communicate with wholesale partners to confirm orders, track inventory, and coordinate shipments.

Monitor shipping delays, damaged goods, or logistics challenges and proactively find solutions.

Assist in streamlining workflows to improve efficiency.

Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key operational tasks.

Excellent written & verbal communication—customer interactions matter to us.

Detail-oriented and process-driven—you love making things more efficient.

Comfortable with technology—Shopify, Google, and other e-commerce tools (or a willingness to learn).

Previous experience in customer service, operations, logistics, or e-commerce is a plus, but not required.

Must be located in Jackson, WY, or willing to relocate.
