At Rise Centered, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Our 1-Year Limited Warranty covers the following:

What’s Covered

• Defects in internal electronics, including clock functionality, alarm mechanisms, and lighting components.

What’s Not Covered

• External wear and tear resulting from normal use.
• Changes or imperfections in the natural materials, such as variations in the Himalayan salt sphere or wood, including color shifts, cracks, or minor chips.
• Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions (e.g., humidity, heat, or direct sunlight).
• Alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed by Rise Centered.

Warranty Claim Process

If you experience a defect covered under this warranty within one year of purchase:

1. Email our team at hello@risecentered.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
2. Include clear photos or videos to help us assess the problem.
3. We will provide guidance on repair or replacement options.

Limitations

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Shipping costs for warranty claims may apply and are not covered by Rise Centered.
